Jilisia Terms and Conditions –
Know Before You Play

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jilisia platform, including all services, features, content, and betting products offered through jilisia.app. By creating an account or placing a bet on Jilisia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Jilisia is operated in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming and online wagering regulations. The platform is designed exclusively for the Philippine market, and all services are provided in Philippine Peso. If you are accessing Jilisia from a jurisdiction where online betting is restricted or prohibited, you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

These Terms apply alongside the Jilisia Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility

To use Jilisia, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jilisia enforces strict age verification and will request supporting documents at any time to confirm eligibility.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Jilisia employee, affiliate, or technology partner.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from Jilisia under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You must be acting on your own behalf. Betting on behalf of another person — including through shared accounts — is prohibited.

Jilisia reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the documents requested, Jilisia may restrict or close your account pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Jilisia account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Jilisia will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jilisia's support team immediately at support@jilisia.app.

• Passwords must be kept private and not shared with any third party.
• Jilisia is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a player sharing their credentials.
• Account transfers, sales, or assignments to another person are not permitted under any circumstances.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jilisia supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits are credited to your Jilisia account balance immediately in most cases, though processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment provider. Jilisia does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits made via GCash or Maya.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your Jilisia account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) may take 1–2 business days.
• Jilisia may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusual withdrawal patterns.
• Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Jilisia are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules that may apply to individual events.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the cancellation feature is explicitly offered by Jilisia for that market.
• Jilisia reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced, where the player had knowledge of the result prior to placing the bet.
• In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account.
• If an event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Jilisia displays odds in decimal format. All potential winnings shown at the time of bet placement are based on the odds available at that moment and are not guaranteed if the odds change before confirmation.
• Jilisia reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or player account at its discretion.
• In the case of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly and significantly outside expected market ranges — Jilisia reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Specific rules for sports betting (PBA, NBA, ONE Championship, UFC, football), casino games (slots, roulette), and virtual sports are available within each product section of the Jilisia platform.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Jilisia offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all Jilisia offers:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed full account registration and identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and free bets cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to wager in markets or game types excluded from the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple and eligible markets will be detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Jilisia reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or modify its terms at any time, without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic wagering to meet requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Jilisia platform. Engaging in any of these behaviors may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access the platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.
• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system bugs in bad faith.
• Using Jilisia for money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine financial regulations.
• Attempting to circumvent Jilisia's security measures, account limits, or self-exclusion restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Jilisia staff or other platform users.

Jilisia actively monitors for prohibited conduct. Where evidence of a violation is identified, Jilisia may act without prior notice, and reserves the right to refer matters to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

Jilisia takes the privacy of its players seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with the Jilisia Privacy Policy, which outlines what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

By creating a Jilisia account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes using your contact information to send you account-related communications, security alerts, and — where you have opted in — promotional messages about Jilisia offers and events.

You may update your communication preferences or request deletion of your personal data (subject to Jilisia's legal retention obligations) by contacting support@jilisia.app.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Jilisia reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — suspected violation of these Terms, suspicious account activity, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Jilisia may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, Jilisia may forfeit some or all of the balance depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Players may also close their own Jilisia account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jilisia provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and platform stability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jilisia's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the immediately preceding 30-day period. Jilisia is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform use.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or forces outside Jilisia's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits Jilisia's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Jilisia's gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

Jilisia is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gambling is meant to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal problems. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting you or someone you care about, please use the tools available on Jilisia or seek external support.

Jilisia provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic session end times to keep your play sessions in check.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period — 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently block yourself from accessing Jilisia. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the agreed period.

12 Changes to These Terms

Jilisia may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jilisia.app/terms-conditions. By continuing to use Jilisia after any update to these Terms, you are agreeing to the revised version.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using Jilisia and contact support to close your account. Any remaining balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 9.
